The Fallon County Sheriff’s Office is holding training sessions in Baker this week for the new Records Management System and Commuter Assisted Dispatch. The new system will allow dispatch to more quickly triage calls and designate first responders and their resources to a given area while offering a high level of precision to the overall response. It will also reduce the time it takes for officers to write arrest, incident and offense reports. Members of law enforcement agencies from Wibaux, Carter and Fallon Counties as well as the Baker Police Department and dispatch are training on the new RMS/CAD system.
