Construction work on the courtyard at Baker High School is moving along at a good pace, especially now that the rain has given them a bit of a break. When it’s all done, the courtyard will feature turf and shaded sitting areas. Students, staff and visitors will enjoy spending time in the courtyard. Can’t wait to see the completed project. But, there’s another project going on inside Baker High School. Custodians have the tough job over summer of cleaning all the rooms, moving everything out so they can paint as needed, re-wax floors, and basically give everything a face lift. They have made a lot of progress since I was in the school 3 weeks ago. Not exactly the way I would want to spend my summer off. Hats off to you for all the hard work you put in getting Baker High School ready for a new school year. Thank you!
