North Dakota voters struck down Measure 5 by a vote of 52.55% to 47.45 to prevent legalizing cannabis in the state. This is the third time voters have said no to legalizing Cannabis. In 2018 the measure failed with a no vote of 59%, in 2022 the vote was 55% against legalizing cannabis. North Dakota voters also said no to abolishing property taxes
