The Crack Seal will be done throughout Baker from Sept. 2nd through Sept. 9th
The Chip Seal will be done in specified areas from Sept 11th through Sept 13th. These are areas that have new asphalt.
Please note that the schedule will be dependent upon weather conditions.
Harddrives Construction is the contractor, the same as the 2023 Street Improvement Project. They will cover traffic control and notifications to residents as the work progresses. They will notify residents where areas are be cleared for the crack sealing schedule.
All vehicles, trailers, boats and campers, etc. must be removed from the indicated Chip Seal Project areas in the chart below from Sept. 10 to Sept. 14th or until work is completed.
Please be aware of the work crews and respect the timelines they give before travelling areas being worked on. They are using fast setting materials but they still need an hour or so curing time dependent upon humidity and temperature.
