You may have noticed by now that my camera travels with me everywhere I go. I love to photograph just about anything and everything, and that includes old homesteads. This evening (July 19th) I went to Wibaux for a chamber meeting and decided to take a back road home to Golva. Even though my wheels have over 220,000 miles on them, I’m still brave enough to hit the back roads with it. I had never been on the Yates road south of Wibaux, so off I went to explore a new road.
I found this lovely homestead, and once again wished I had time to find someone who might know some history of the place.
