We had the pleasure of interviewing Stacy Zinn, the first female Resident Agent in Charge (RAC) for Montana’s Drug Enforcement Agency. Now retired, Zinn’s experience with the DEA took her from Afghanistan to Peru before leading Montana’s operations.
