With the Baker Spartan basketball season off and running, we catch up with Coach Coulter, head coach of the Lady Spartans. We discuss the ladies' first game of the season against Miles City last Friday, and take a look ahead to the upcoming match up in Broadus. Varsity gets going with the girls playing at 5:30 in Broadus Friday, and the boys will follow at 7:00. Saturday, both teams play their first games at home against Fairview with varsity beginning at 5:00 with the girls.

The Wibaux Longhorns continue their playoff push as they head to Belt this coming Saturday for round two of 8-man playoffs. We spoke to the head coach of the Longhorns Jeff Bertelson about the Longhorns' first-round victory over Valley Christian, and look ahead to their match-up against the defending state champion Huskies.
