I have made many trips past Miles City as I headed to Helena, Great Falls, or Glacier National Park without taking the time to stop and check out the Range Riders Museum. When I did finally take the time to stop a few year’s ago, I was surprised at how large of a collection the museum has. The Range Riders Museum has been operating since 1939 and has been given many incredible items to display for all to enjoy. It takes several buildings to house and properly exhibit collections with the largest one being the Wagon Depot. It boasts a fantastic collection of antique vehicles; and eclectic collections of everything from early office equipment to farm tools. We are so fortunate in Eastern Montana and Western North Dakota to have these incredible museums to enjoy.
