Baker, Ekalaka, Plevna, and Wibaux All-State and All-Conference Basketball Team Selections

Beginning with Class B, five Spartans have been awarded all-state or all-conference honors for the 2023-2024 basketball season.

For the boys, sophomore Gentre Coulter was named to the All-Conference first team, and senior Cooper O’Connor was named to the All-Conference second team.

As for the Lady Spartans, sophomore Madison O’Connor and freshman Avery O’Connor were each named to the All-State team and the All-Conference first team. Senior Saraya Afrank was named to the All-Conference second team.

In 4C for the boys, Ekalaka sophomore Kaleb Frye was named to the All-Conference first team and sophomore Wyatt Melton was named to the All-Conference second team. Plevna has two names on the All-Conference second team, freshman Jordan Paul and sophomore Tate Poppe.

As for the 4C girls, Ekalaka junior Kendra Tooke was named to the All-Conference first team and 8th grader Keli Melton was named to the All-Conference second team. Plevna junior Brylee Swarts was also named to the All-Conference second team. Wibaux senior Abby Begger was named to the All-Conference first team and senior Elorah Amsler was named to the All-Conference second team.
